Accounts and confirmation statement dates come straight from the Companies House register. Corporation Tax dates are calculated from each company's year end — payment at nine months and a day, CT600 at twelve months.
Reinza Reminder sends reminders. It does not submit anything to Companies House or HMRC, and it is not a substitute for your own records and checks. You remain responsible for verifying dates and filing on time.
Cancel any time — your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and there are no refunds for unused time. No free trial.
Add a company by its number. Deadlines appear immediately and stay current.
Three reminders before each deadline — by default fourteen days, seven days, and the day before. Anything overdue is chased daily until you mark it filed.
